Summary: It took almost 10 mins to have “warm” water for shower. The water was never getting hot at all for 2 nights. The mirror with LED light has no battery. The body lotion didn’t get refilled. I was supposed to get the room checked in at 3pm but the staff only called me at 6pm to tell me I can get the room. You need to wait for quite a while for the elevator.
